Subscription Policy
Cerva offers an optional subscription for customers who want to receive their supplement on a recurring basis at a discounted price. Subscribing is never required — you can always purchase a single bottle at full price with no commitment.
How It Works
When you choose the subscription option at checkout, you are authorizing Cerva to automatically charge your payment method and ship a new bottle on a recurring schedule. Your subscription frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days) is selected by you at checkout and can be changed at any time.
Pricing
Your subscription price is locked in at the discounted rate shown at checkout. You will never be charged more than the price you agreed to when you subscribed unless we notify you in advance and you choose to continue.
Billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment. You will receive an email notification before each renewal so you always know when a charge is coming.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account portal, including changing your delivery frequency, skipping a shipment, or updating your payment method. Access your subscription dashboard here: Subscription Management link
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties, no fees, and no questions asked. Cancellations can be made through your account portal or by emailing us at Cervahealth@outlook.com. Any cancellation made before your next billing date will prevent future charges. If you cancel after a charge has been processed, that order will still ship and is covered by our standard refund policy.
Refunds
All subscription orders are backed by the same 90-day money-back guarantee as one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at Cervahealth@outlook.com and we will issue a full refund.
